Once a comissioner has agreed on the item(s) wit psycho Wolf Studios they are contractualy obligated to pay in full before their suit can be released to them. Psycho Wolf Studios does not offer rrefunds on suits once they are completed and shipped out. 

Buyer pays shipping which is usually $50, this is through usps and often comes as first class mail and includes free tracking with their packages.

On average packages can take anywhere from 3-7 business days but will most likely be delayed do to COVID, We cannot control the shipping times of the post office so please do not be mad or upset if it takes longer then the estimated times stated.
